Finger Pointing – February 7th

Hi Friends!
Barb here, back from vacation and bursting with inspiration from the galleries today. Wowza – talk about a lot of eye candy out there today. I love it.
My first pick today is Photogenic by Kimberly Morris. I love the “pop art” feel of this layout, all the great colors, and the adorable photos! I especially love the red glasses over the one photo on the left. Such fun!
Next is Julia by aneczkaw. I just love the strong color and the beautiful typography. Here depth of layering is also really wonderful. It just popped out and said “pick me” to me today.
Next is Best Buds by JenLin. I love how she used numbers to embellish the rainbow and the title. I think that’s super creative! There is a lot of color, but yet it’s soft and wonderful. And those boys….just look at their wonderful eyes. Adorable.
My next pick is Every Day by AmberR. I love everything about this layout, but what really grabbed me was the incredibly lovely photo and how her skin just glows. The blended photo in the background glows as well, giving this layout such an ethereal feel.
Speaking of great color, the next layout, Art From the Heart by MissParker, just blew me away with its amazing color. I really, really love the grungy title work and the amazing photo in the middle. I sure wish my brain could work like that. Awesome.
To me, A Few Faves by donnagoar, is what scrapping is all about. It captures the essence of her loved ones with such care. The soft colors and textures just speak of the tender love and feelings that she has for these special people in her life.
And last but not least, I’m wrapping it up today with yet another riot of fabulous color, Living Life in Bliss by Kate2. Again, the lively colors, the happy elements, and the uplifting and positive words could put a smile on the grumpiest of grumps. How can you not smile and be happy looking at this layout?
And speaking of being happy, I’m happy to be back home and back checking out beauty in the galleries again! Keep ‘em coming!
