Finger Pointing – January 18

Hello, everyone! Katherine here with another round of inspiration from the galleries for you! I hope you enjoy the Standouts I’ve chosen!

I absolutely fell in LOVE with my first choice, (re)connect by ViVre! Such a jaw dropping GORGEOUS work of art! From the simplistic design to the color palette to the placement of the word art and embellishments, especially the loop da loop and how it is placed so that it looks as if it is an extension of the fishing pole, all of it is just stunning! STUNNING!

Up next is this beauty titled Resolution by KarlaDudley. Really love the muted color palette here, the big HUGE ‘life” across the page, and that scalloped edge across the bottom nearly caused me to swoon. ;D

I really LOVED the composition in my next choice, Hard Work by JanellNugent. The color palette is beyond exceptional with the neutral tones paired with the green and black. Just a fabulous layout all around!

I really LOVED the soft delicate feel in my next choice, Dare where Steph displays her One Little Word. LOVE the design, the color palette and all the little details that she’s included. A really beauty for sure!

Next I have this beauty by KateChristensen titled Celebrate 2012. Such a lovely layout. The design is absolutely fabulous! I love the mix of patterns and the play in the title “celebrate” where the ‘A’ has been replaced with a heart! Such a brilliant touch!

And finally I have this phenomenal Art Journaling page, Enough by carrie1977. I completely adore EVERYTHING about this! From the artsy, grunge-y feel to the phenomenal brush work and the placement of only just a few embellishments, to the message conveyed . . . EVERYTHING here is FABULOUS! Just fabulous! And most deserving of a Standout!
