Finger Pointing – March 1th

Hello everyone! It is March already, days, weeks and months seem to go faster when one gets older don’t you think? It’s only just a few months and we can deck the tables for our christmas dinner again LOL. Jeanine here to bring you six wonderful pages I found today in the galleries!

I am starting with this AJ page ‘BFF’ by NancyP. This page drew my attention because it reminded me of a peepshow in an old shoebox. There is so much depth in it and I love how Nancy added a whole bunch of different backgrounds to the hexagon parts and wordart. And I love the fact the couple behind the girl is translucent so we keep seeing the patterns. Beautiful because of the AJ approach of the template and how the hexagons become elements in this page.

PS. I love you by Wombat146 Ohhh…I love the girl too!! She is soo sweet! A slightly messy page, very colorful with those neoncolors and yet sweet and soft. It popped out of the gallery where I found it screaming PICK ME and it jumped right into the folder where I collect the picks! I love the grungy pieces of paper and strips and who can do without splatters and paintstrokes??

Focus by Zlato_e Wonderful how Zlato_e represents the quote (and how true it is) in her page by deviding the page in a dark and light half.  I love the serious look of the girl, it is a beautiful picture anyway, and how she is standing there. And suprisingly the lower part represents the darker moments in my opinion, with all the scratches, splats and stamps. Love what Zlato did with the title! A true beauty!

Changes by Margote05 What I love about this page is the feel I get that all is happening under water…the light paint and coffeestains give a feel of liquidnes (is that an existing word?) and the idea to put the title totally in the background ads to that feel, it seems to be on the bottom of the pool/water. I think I am going to lift this one someday!

Always love you by rarou47 Ahhh, Sylvie and her Bernard! They are truly ment for each other! I met both of them in person two years ago when we had a digiscrapweekend over here in Holland. Sylvie was one of the girls who was leading the hybrid workshop. She brought B with her to help where ever he was needed and……they brought French wine with them! 😉 They are such a sweet couple and this page shows their love for each other and the happiness they share. Great AJ page! Love the hearts spread all over the page!

TLP Template Feb_Barca Web by lulyg14 This page also screamed pick me! It is such a cheerful page with all those colored crosses and pink hearts! And the picture of the man they met in Barcelona is gorgeous, this happy face makes me smile! Love the cluster at the bottom with the sprinkled squares.
