Hello, friends! Katherine here filling in on this beautiful Monday. The weather here in my region has been absolutely phenomenal! Just wish I could be outside more to enjoy it! Instead, I’m stuck inside making my way through the galleries ogling all the gorgeous digital work! Such is the life of a digital scrapbooker! ;D ;D Anyway, I’ve made my choices and boy do I have some Standouts for you! I hope you LOVE them!
I’ve got The Running Child by alb52 up for you first off. Such a fabulous layout! Really love the processing on the photo! Gives it a real vintage-y retro feel. The color palette is fantastic! And all the little details that have been used is just splendid! But what I really love is the title work and the use of text and all the little supporting word snippets. All of it makes for a real Standout in the gallery!

Next I have love.life by Sokee. The composition here is so remarkable and unique! Love the clean, fresh feel to this! And the graphic elements that she used here adds just the right touch!
I just couldn’t pass up this beauty by Naadi, Together! Love that she’s used the focal photo on the entire span of the canvas! Her processing and blending on the photo is absolutely remarkable! And the use of only minimal embellishments works so well with the composition!
I have no words for this next Standout, True Friends by lkdavis other than WOW! Just . . . WOW!
LOVE all the elements in this next Standout, an Art Journal page by Ana.Paula called dear diary! The mix of colors here is unbelievable! So striking! And the placement of all the elements is just perfect! Wish I could read all the journaling though. Would love to know what exactly happened in one day that changed (or can change) everything. I’m a curious sort like that. Especially when it results in such gorgeous art!
And finally, another Art Journaling page titled Life is short by rarou47. Really LOVE the collaged feel to this. The colors here are just gorgeous! The brush work . . . AH . MAY . ZEENG! And the message . . . “Life is short . . . LIVE IN THE MOMENT” . . . brilliant! So well done!
Well, Standouts! That’s it for me! Have a wonderful week!
