It was an extremely busy day today so I was very happy to be able to slow down for a little while and take a look in the galleries.  Once again, I am blown away by the amazing talent!  And the variety of art styles is fantastic.  I finally was able to whittle my picks down to six and here are the six I picked.  The titles and images are linked so, if you have some time, please go leave the artists some well-deserved praise.

Castle by fonnetta.  Love this PL style page!  The photos are fabulous and I love the variety of sizes included.  The journal cards and elements are perfectly placed and add  just the right amount of color.  Love the clusters that frame the photos.  A bright and fun page!

It All Began by Shannamay.  The B&W with the spot of pink first attracted me to this page but then I read the journaling and fell in love with it.  I like how the border on the left edge keeps your eyes on the photo cluster.  And I love the combination of triangles with the square photo.  The penguin brush is just too cute!  A perfect story-telling page!

Jopke_Essential by ViVre.  An absolutley breathtaking blended page!  The colors are beautiful together and I love the masks/brushes she has chosen.  My absolute favorite part of this page, though, is the placement and font on the date.  Mesmerizing page!

Safe Harbor by SharLamb.  The soft blue and white of the sky in the blended photo has such a calming effect and adds another layer of meaning to the title “Safe Harbor”.   The globe map in the background is the perfect backdrop for the masked photo.  Love the splats and scribbles!  And the title work is perfect.  Soft and beautiful page!

Weekly Challenge #4 by Oldenmeade.  This page actually leapt out of the gallery thumbnails at me and when I opened it up at the larger size, I was amazed at it!  I love the reflections in the water.  The colors that have been added with brushes and in the title are stunning.  An incredible page that you can keep looking at forever and continue to find new things to be amazed at.

Weekly Challenge # 4

Miss Kay & The Fifer by LovelyMissKait.  I knew this page had to be one of my six today because every time I ran across it in a gallery, I smiled!  Love the torn and stapled papers and the papers peeking from behind them.  And the circles are a perfect artsy addition.  Just an all-around awesome art-journal style page!

Well, that’s it for me today.   Why not take a few minutes and go check out these pages (titles and images are linked) and the other gorgeous pages in the galleries.
