Patsy here from beautiful, sunny Florida with my gallery picks for today.  It’s always easy to find many beautiful pages worthy of being included as a Gallery Standout.  The hard part is trimming them down to six.  Here are the choices for today.

The British Invasion by dvhoward certainly brings back memories for me.  I love the grungy aspects of the page and the use of the album cover.  The cluster created across the center of the page is the perfect focal point.  The brushwork and the brick background paper add to the overall mood of the page.  (P.S. I loved that song too, stupid lyrics or not!)

During the midst of a cold, snowy winter (ok, ok, I’m in Florida but, in my defense, it has been chilly here!), Find Delight by pam p is a pure delight.  I love the sketch effect of the flowers and the pink/red combination is one of my favorites.  The circular frame is a natural nestled in the flowers.  Beautiful!

I absolutely love the use of white space in Kaydence Newborn by klee73010.  Those photos are so precious and take center stage in the vertical cluster.  Love the use of the patterned paper and the touch of color.  The hand-drawn look of the border is the perfect finishing touch.  Love this!

Peaceful is the perfect title for Marleen’s page.  The softness of the blended photo and the colors certainly do create a sense of peace.  Love the placement of the word transfer, the stitches,  and the brushes.  Gorgeous piece of art!

When I saw Project Mouse Classic by sucali in the gallery, I just couldn’t resist taking a closer look.  It is another example of the beautiful use of white space.  I love the blue/gray/cream color scheme with the pop of red.  And the photo cluster is perfection.  Love the way the two strips of gray paper provide a boundary for the photo cluster.    Awesome page!

ATL Subway is another stunning piece of art created by one of my favorite artists, jcaruth910.  Love the tension that is created with the mixture of circular and linear elements.  Her extraction is awesome and the placement of the quote works beautifully to lead your eye down  to the spot of light.  Stunning!

Those are my picks for today.  If you enjoyed them, please visit the galleries (images and titles are linked) and leave a comment for the artists.
