Hey, hey everyone!! I am so seriously running behind today and I apologize. I finished up my school year on Friday and as always, when summer vacation starts, I tend to just collapse for a few days. So, I just kind of let time slip up on me. But at least I get to stay up a little later and spend a little more time in the galleries! Here are some amazing pages that caught my eye tonight.
Crisp 2 by wvsandy is just all over gorgeous! I love all the texture in this page and the beautiful work with the stamps and paints. The photo is just lovely and the cluster of elements is perfect for the overall feel of the page!
I think I have mentioned before that I am always in awe of beautifully done photoless pages, since I can’t seem to pull it off very well. nbk-counting1web by scrapinmom jumped out at me immediately in the gallery. The design is absolutely gorgeous and I love the painting/stamping over the frame. Lovely shadow work as well!
It was the gorgeous colors in Go Explore by tracermajig that caught my eye right away and then when I looked more closely, I fell in love with the whole design of this page. I love the split pattern/wood background and the great layering of papers and elements. That photo is adorable and the word art added on top is just perfect!
Another layout with some amazing colors is She Just Shines by kendallt. The border on this page is absolutely gorgeous as is that fantastic textured background. Love all the colorful elements and beautifully done title. Everything on the page works with that photo so well and her shadow work is gorgeous!
I am also a sucker for some amazing clustering and You and Me by Sweeet surely has that! I love how she has done those fantastic clusters at the top and bottom of the page and how that great photo is still the focus. The vertical flow is just wonderfully done! This is just a real stunner!
Having two boys and a hubby, I am always looking for great inspiration for male pages and boy, did I ever find it in Like Father Like Son by tammybean04. I love the denim and wire, and those great word bits. And I also love how she included all those flowers, but still kept such a great masculine feel to the page! The stitched border is awesome and I adore that black and white photo!
That’s a wrap from me for tonight. I apologize again for being so late. I hope you enjoyed my choices and that you will leave these awesomely talented scrappers some love. Until next time, see you around the galleries!!
