So, what if, instead of solving your whole life, you just think about adding good things. One at a time. Just let your pile of good things grow.

I love the idea of piling up good things! Just like how the artists created these beautiful layouts. Each started with a piece of paper and then added good things, one at a time. Just kept piling until the balance and details were perfect. I hope you enjoy these wonderful “piles of good things”!

Better Outside by bcnatty

The cutout background of this page really caught by eye. And she used the perfect papers to highlight it. I love that strip of cloud paper. The dirt scatter is perfectly on theme. And her cluster is so fresh with that fun little frog tucked in.

Watch The Stars by Sucali

I love the color combination in this sweet white space page. Isn’t the gold fabulous?! And how she tucked all those tiny elements around and behind her photo. Her brushwork is spot-on and I love the journaling!

XOXO by WTeagan

The music sheets are fantastic in my next pick. I love how she stitched the vellum heart. Particularly incredible because this is a traditionally scrapped page! All her details are definitely piling on good things. Notice the gold hearts and scattered sequins. And all those paper layers. Splendid!

Rainforest by LindsayJane

One of my favorite things is when designers scrap! This page from Lindsay is so pretty. I love the acrylic raindrops and that little yellow ribbon tied on her umbrella. Her brushwork is a great backdrop for her papers, title, journal card, and photo. And notice the photo… what a fun perspective!

Solitude by Tbear

The gorgeous brushwork is all this page needs to make it a standout. So simple yet so beautiful. I love how the subject in the photo is quite dark creating a silhouette effect against the pretty sunset. Such a pretty pile of good things!

“Rounding” out my picks for this week is this sweet Easter page. (See what I did there?) So cool how she used all those circles to clip both her papers and her photos. I love how the focal photo is created with the charcoal drawing effect together with the clipped photo. Her title is simple and perfect and I love all the tiny elements scattered throughout.

That’s my pile of good things for today. Take a minute to visit the galleries and add your own “good things” for all these wonderful artists.
