“Someday we’ll find what we’re looking for. Or maybe not. Maybe we’ll find something much greater than that.”

It happens to all of us. At the grocery store. ($147 later and I just needed milk.) On Netflix. (Walk, Ride, Rodeo is a great movie!) While shopping online. (Did you know Amazon sells live ladybugs for your garden?) Today it happened to me in the galleries. I was searching for awesome back to school themed pages for today’s blog post. But instead, all these wonderful random layouts caught my eye and I had to share them with you!

Ha Ha Ha by DivaMom96

This was the first page that caught my eye in the galleries. Don’t you just love all the fun speech bubbles?! The little wordart and ellies scattered about are perfect, the colors are wonderful, and the jokes are so very clever! Great page!

Summer Birthday by Keuntje

Here is a page to celebrate! I love the way she used all the themed wordstrips together… great technique. Her clusters are fab, I love the the addition of the “bday” banner. I’m loving gradient papers right now and it’s a perfect choice for a background to this colorful page!

This page was part of a vintage postcard challenge that you should go check out. And this is a wonderful challenge entry. I love the vintage beachy feel of the page. The smart use of the different word bits, the sticker elements, the brushwork – perfect! And notice the tiny stamped sandcastle, so cute.

Real Good by scrapastrophe

Love the boldness of this layout! All the big elements and that large photo really standout in the gallery. Her layered background papers are a great choice. The banner really draws the eye in, and her chipboard title is perfect!

Off The Grid by carrie1977

I love the technique used on this page. She created a mini layout with papers, brushwork, and ellies. Then added it to that fab shabby background paper to create a great white space page. I love the ribbon and ric-rac tucked behind the photo. Lovely page!

Headed in the Right Direction by amyjcaz

The vertical layout of this page is so well done. Her placement of the tiny clusters and the tape measure is perfect. Incredible stamping, brushwork, and paint. Be sure to read her journaling… such a clever boy!

Now it’s your turn to search the galleries. Let yourself get distracted… you never know what you might find! And leave a little goodness while you’re there!
