Hello all you beautiful scrappers. Joanna (cutiejo1) here today to show you a couple of pages that I felt stood out in the galleries this week. I’m always amazed at the variety of pages I can find in the gallery at any given time…from beautiful fall colors to the frosty and frozen. I’ve chosen a few of both varieties today ๐Ÿ™‚ so let’s get started…

First up isย Waiting for Winter by Jill

What a wonderful project! I love how realistic this looks; the shadows are spot on. And with the touch of silvery glitter on the outside of the layout, it definitely reminds me of a cold winter’s day. Beautifully scrapped.ย

Fall Fun by Lor

What great action shots! They do look like they’re having a lot of fun out there in the fallen leaves. Superb mix of products brought together so beautifully, starting with the great patterned paper with the exact colors from the photos.ย  The brushes layered behind the photos adds awesome texture. And the few elements clustered around the photos add the perfect touch.

Goodbye by Intense Magic

So many emotions being conjured up, just by looking at this photo…the anguish on the serviceman’s face says it all. The artist has captured and portrayed the sadness quite well with the green, grey, and black hues throughout the layout. The arrangement of papers and elements is really quite striking.

Desert Blooms by Neverland Scraps

Wow, what an awesome page! I love this template and kit pairing…they work so well together. The desert photos are so pretty and the cluster work is just gorgeous. There is so much to see…everywhere you look there’s a new detail.

These Days by Blackkathy

I love everything about this page! Starting with the white background that shows off all those gorgeous brushes and fall leaves beautifully. I’m a sucker for torn paper and these torn photos hinged together are so awesome. To top it all off, the shadowing is perfection.

Winter Magic by bryanna

The details on this page are absolutely fantastic! I am loving all those delicious layers with the soft muted colors. Such a pretty girl in the photos and her winter attire blends so beautifully with the kit.

That’s it for me today. If you have a moment, please leave these artists some love in the galleries. For those of you in the US, I hope you have a blessed Thanksgiving. And until next time, happy scrapping!
