Hello and welcome to another edition of finger pointing on the Gallery Standouts Blog! Joanna here today to bring you some gorgeous finds from your galleries. Fall is my favorite time of year and favorite scrapbooking theme, so I was thrilled to see all those pages in the galleries. And I was able to choose a few of those outstanding pages for my post. Now, onto those beautiful pages….

Autumn Cuddles by Mrottler

This layout embodies the fall theme perfectly. These are such fun photos of Grandma and grandchild having a blast in the fall leaves. The flow of elements scattered about really adds great detail and depth to the page.

Hello Beautiful by Pippin

I absolutely love everything about this page, starting with the photos, that are so cute and sweet. And the combination of torn paper and patterned paper is a gorgeous backdrop for them. The flowers tucked in all throughout really add such a beautiful touch to the page.

Tree Hugger by Ninigoesdigi

Wow, this is a sharp page! I’m such a sucker for torn paper and I love this torn edge going vertically down the page. The unique partial extraction of the arm and legs on the photo with the stamp frame showcasing the subject is a great idea. Then throw in all those beautiful layers….title, pp strips, thread and awesome extraction and you’ve got an outstanding layout!

October by Chaos Lounge

I am in awe of the fantastic clustering on this one. The layers upon layers of elements and detail like the shadowing and photo corner lifts are very eye appealing. And who can resist these two cuties posing for their fall photos?

Letchworth by Miki

This gorgeous page caught my eye right away. The blending of this glorious fall photo is really well done. There is definitely something to be said about the simplicity of white space and clean use of elements and how they really let this photo shine.

This is such an amazing page for many reasons. First off, the extraction…extremely well done! Then the rest of the page is outstanding too. The grungy background that looks like a mix of patterned papers is phenomenal. The element cluster, paint and splashes are tastefully done as well.

That’s it for me today. If you have time, please go and find some inspiration of your own in the galleries. And until next time, happy scrapping!
