Finger Pointing – October 8th-

Hello hello, G’morning (to you in my side of the world, G’ night to you Down Under.  I assume most of you on the other side of the pond are sleeping, but I’m talking too much so, as I’m dreadfully late, will get straight to the task.  Here are some of the most wonderful pages I’ve found from yesterday’s galleries, enjoy!!!

Sunshiney Day by sucali is, as each and every time with her, a delight of elegance, gorgeous light, the photo working together with the light coming from the background paper, the beautiful embellishing that makes minimalism shine, gorgeous title and, I am sure, I will be singing I Can See Clearly Now all day! still deciding if Johnny Nash or Jimmy Cliff… anyway, talking too much again!!! 2018_11_11_Starbucks by Smileark goes hand in hand with the song, such a wonderful happy feeling! the gorgeous, joyful photos, combining the B&W with the big color one, the circular base for the composition and ohhh joy again with the choice of..well, pretty much EVERYTHING! the paper used for the circle, the clusters beautifully placed, and another thing that makes my heart sing louder…that credits list! amazing talent from making lots of different designers look like all came from one pack! Brilliant in every way possible!

and another super favourite of mine, little kiwi with home is not my safe place. There is that gift we have with scrapbooking, that we can make amazing memory keeping, bring some beauty into not beautiful, even dreadful events, and this one is one of those. Love the use of word art, the big title, notebook element with choice of hand made feel for the whole thing, the inclusion of journaling… as someone who has been victim of robbery, I know how difficult it is to recover and how things like this stay with us, so great to be able to put it down into a page!

sooooo happy to come across Sarah- Saar ‘s Selfies page!!! This is superb as she does, lovely photos, gorgeous soft feeling with the color pallette, the perfection of those clusters and shadows, that amazing card as a centre piece, and the beyond words paper work in the background… I’m in awe!!!  Amazing as always!

Another gorgeousness in Love Fall through the Times by mywisecrafts.  For some reason that escapes me right now, every time I wanted to highlight a page of hers, wasn’t possible, so I am sooo delighted to find Esther is not in our 7 days list so I can share this with you! The fall feeling, combining the amazing colors, the metals with foliage and those perfect shadows in beautiful harmony create a bit of steampunk vibe, the circles composition…. another talent that makes me love autumn a bit more !

Another beautiful find, BuzzLightyear September 2021 by Kimberly27. I first came across Kimberly last year during the lockdown, always such beautiful approach to memory keeping, another puzzle as to why she has never made it into one of my posts before, so another delight to share with you all. Love the flowing of all those elements, the mixture of textures all coming down in a gorgeous, almost diagonal composition, the shadows are so beautiful, all wrapped up into perfection with the fluorescent light in the bottom bringing up the big title, love also the texture of that alpha! All over fabulous!
