Finger Pointing – November 28th

Hello all, I hope your week has started off well. It’s a little chilly my side of the world and I was struggling to get warm tonight but as you may have guessed, a stroll through the galleries has warmed my heart. Here’s a handful of eye candy for you!

I love the watercolour look of NBK_IMAGINE_AB_LO1 by Ann060606. It’s such a pretty page with dreamy blending, brushwork and delicate tones. And what’s not to love about a bag full of blooms and grasses?! Just gorgeous!

This Year by biancka is so eye-catching with its plentiful layers. The subdued backdrop and cluster of black and white images allow the great mix of elements to pop, adding great contrast and depth. A really unusual ‘year in review’ page… I absolutely love it!

PBP_November-Mystery-Box by LidiaG is a page with terrific vertical design with subtle change of colour horizontally. Such a pretty floral cluster to the left and I love the use of the multiple frames over the photo! So creative!

A big photo and big word art always make for a striking page and You Are My Everything by bbe is a fine example. Love the blended backdrop and sweet photo… this page needs nothing more and is so magazine worthy!

I love the message provided by the paper strips on Dream Big by EvelynD2 and the pink/blue/brown colour palette works so well with the sweet trio of images. Great brushwork, blending and framing bring this page together perfectly. Wonderful!

Lucky Girl by Meibritt is a page full of energy and life and colour! Love the repetitive word art that’s broken up by the chunks of patterned paper, embellishments and title work, and how the ribbon twist draws the eye to the photo which is in complete contrast to the word art, apart from the title work. A delightful, carefree page!
