Happy October My Friends! Hope everyone fared well with Hurricane Ian. Right after Mother Nature gave us some unexpected drama, we then all rolled right into a fabulous weekend of DSD fun. Let me tell you, the galleries are overflowing everywhere with to much beauty and inspiration! (Admittedly, I had to refrain from shopping while I was browsing the galleries).
I promise to stay on task while I share these gorgeous layouts that just jumped out and grabbed me by the ankles!!!

This color scheme is gorgeous. I love that the blues match the jacket so well. The use of the paints and the elements to create this gorgeous frame/clustering around the photo is superb. I love that the grunginess of the paper is visible and it goes so well with the denim jacket vibe. This is a perfect way to showcase elegance to denim!
Spooky Sweet is by one of our very own Bloggers Intense Magic aka Jan.
I’m suck a sucker for a well placed spider web and this is FABOOLOUS! I love how the sketch frame is layered under the web and adds some depth to the layout. Look at that sweet cluster in the top left with the cut out hearts. And the icing on this cake, is this super adorable photo!
Fall Time by mrsashbaugh
I really did say “holy moose” when I saw this cluster. This cluster is beyond amazing. Take a closer look at all those layers. There are paints as well as different dimensioned flowers used to pull off this glorious cluster. I love how the journal cards and strips of paper are added under the photo to give that photo just enough separation so that it can shine, but not detracting from the cluster.
Sherlock by weaselwatchr
I love the loose clustering and how the elements are used to exaggerate Sherlock’s reactions/antics. Such a fun way to learn about Sherlock. Take time to read the journaling, it will have you chuckling for sure.

So I am a person who LOVES to use elements and at the same time, I understand that there are times when less is MORE! This gorgeous layout is perfect example of less is more. The blending and the masking of this photo, captures the intimacy of a very special moment. The vibe of this moment really shines through in this gorgeous layout.
Last but not in any the least, is Halloween 2021 by Tronesia
I love the loose clustering presented here. If you look at this page from left to right, it tells a story. You have the moon with the clouds and it leads to various different “spooky halloween” elements to our amazing Black Panther and it leads us up to the whole trick or treat process. The layering is fantastic and the placement of the elements is spot on and it really makes the whole Halloween experience come to life.
Hope you enjoyed my picks for today. If you have a moment, swing by and leave these amazing artists some love!
See ya around the galleries and the rest of digi land!
