I’ve got a busy week coming up but I feel rested and ready for it because… I’ve been scrapping this past weekend! It’s great to be back to it more than I have been over the last few months and hopefully, fingers crossed, I’ll have another weekend of scrapping ahead. In the meantime, let’s take a look at the pages that stood out for me in the galleries today.
Unfiltered by Blackkathy is a great page design with it’s plentiful journaling and the pencil sketch, and I love how the photo has been incorporated into the number 6. All in all, a wonderfully creative and candid page!
I love the quartet of photo’s on You by agoymerac that nestle on the soft tones of the backdrop. Perfect shadowing and lovely title work round off this page beautifully. Gorgeous!
Mother and Daughter Reunion by char8182 is overflowing with joy and the splashes of colour help tell the emotion of the story. Great composition and delightfully presented… I love this!
I always admire scrappers who can take an element and do something completely out of the norm with it like Shannamay has done with the frame on her Iso page. I love how all the delicious layers are bundled together with the wraps. Just amazing!
Soccer by sylvia is such a neat page. The bold backdrop is a great contrast for the minimal element mix and I love the texture of the splatter! Fabulous!
Autumn is on its way for some of us and I couldn’t resist showcasing Autumn Vibes by bbe. The framing really sets off the seasonal detail and the title work is brilliant! So beautiful!
I hope you’ve enjoyed the pages I’ve shared today and that they inspire you to document a story of your own. When you get a moment, please click on the links above and leave a comment or two for the artists… a little love is always appreciated! Till next time, take care and happy scrapping!
