Finger Pointing – August 23, 2026

A warm welcome to everyone visiting our blog, and I hope you’re having a wonderful and stress-free Sunday.

I won’t keep you waiting today—let’s jump right into our tour through some beautiful scrapbook galleries.

First up is August Chall #6 by timounette. This layout proves that sometimes less really is more. A beautifully edited and masked photo takes center stage, while a simple word strip and a short piece of journaling provide just the right finishing touch. Elegant, clean, and incredibly striking.

Next is Olympics by kristal. What a fantastic way to celebrate a winning team! The patterned papers frame the photo perfectly, and the gorgeous cluster adds just the right amount of detail without stealing the spotlight. Everything comes together beautifully.

2026-08_Colors2 by Jnet instantly brings back that longing for a holiday escape. The clean design and carefully chosen embellishments allow the photo to shine, while the color palette creates a wonderfully calm and harmonious feel. Absolutely delightful.

But It Goes So Much by Loretta Habig is built around a clever combination of one vertical and one horizontal strip, enhanced with themed accents and word strips. The baseball background couldn’t be a better choice for showcasing this special memory, and the balanced composition makes the entire page feel dynamic and engaging.

Caught on Camera by mom2jackaia is simply adorable. The black-and-white photos of the little boy with his dirty little hands are arranged in a stylish vertical design that feels both playful and modern. It’s one of those layouts that instantly makes you smile.

To finish today’s gallery walk, I chose Sunflower by Mrsdudds. What a powerful page! The rich red background creates an incredible contrast with the masked sunflowers along the edge, while the delicate word art and subtle paint splatters complete the composition with effortless elegance. A perfect reminder that simplicity can make the strongest statement.

That’s all from me for today. I hope you enjoyed this collection of inspiring layouts and perhaps discovered a few new favorites along the way. If you have a moment, consider leaving a like or a kind comment in the artists’ galleries—it would surely make their day.

Thank you so much for stopping by, and I’ll see you again next month. Until then, take care and enjoy your creative journey. Bye for now!
