Finger Pointing January 5th

Hi all!! Cynthia here with my first post of the year! The Holidays certainly went fast and we’re slowly getting back into a routine. I have to say, waking up early is not something I like but then once the house is quiet after the school rush, it’s my favorite time of day. Today it took me a long while to decide on my featured pages but mostly because I was having a great browsing through all the beautiful galleries out there.

I hope this year is the best ever, and that all the creative juices are flowing for all of you! Here are my picks tonight:

Isn’t this gorgeous? What a sweet photo and I love the haziness of the page. The scattered puzzle pieces and that bubble with the heart inside add the perfect touches to a sweet page.

This one grabbed me from the gallery this morning and hasn’t let go. The bold graphics and titles, the stitches, the fantastic photos, and the cool background paper make this a true standout.

Um,ok, wow, that photograph needs to be printed out HUGE!! It’s stunning! Love how the photo is the main focus point of the page, and the mix of adorable doodles plus realistic elements (take a look at that ribbon behind the photo, wow!) truly make the page shine. Well done!

How cool is this?? Love the mix of bold patterns and colors, and that journaling had me really laughing out loud. Love the borders on top of the page and how she framed some of the journaling. Love!

This is such a beautifully balanced page, the perfect mix of white space and clustering. The tiny elements and soft shades of blue just add to the serenity of the page. Lovely!
